The Utah Dental Association extends an invitation to Dental Hygienists licensed and practicing in Utah to join the Dental Hygienist Affiliate Membership of the Utah Dental Association.
UDA recognizes the success of the dental profession relies much on the dental team. An integral part of that dental team is the dental hygienist. The Utah Dental Association recognizes the importance of the hygienist and the role that they play in the dental office.
By joining the Affiliate Membership, the hygienist receives access to Online CE’s, Access to UDA Spring Seminar and Fall Hygiene Seminar, UDA Action Publication available online, Access to UDA Member-only portion of UDA website.
Dental Hygienist Affiliate Membership dues are $50 a year. (January – December). For more information view our brochure, here.

Affiliate Membership dues can be paid online by major credit card, or by mail with a check (payable to UDA). Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are accepted by UDA.
