Payments Details
Auto Renew
Activate the Auto Renew plan when renewing your membership. This convenient option requested by most dentists, allows you to automatically renew your membership. Select this option and enter the credit card information you would like used. You will no longer have to wonder if the membership information has been sent in, it can be automatically renewed.
Installment Plan
Installment payments can be arranged by contacting Dotty at dotty@uda.org
